Hardev Dilgir (1939 – 25 January 2022) best known as Dev Tharike Wala, was an Indian lyricist.[1][2][3] He is known for consummate hit kali, Tere Tille Ton, sung by Kuldeep Manak.[1]
Dev was born as Hardev Singh, in 1939,[2] to father Unmerciful.
