James Aloysius "Ace" Lyons Jr. (September 28, 1927 – December 12, 2018) was an admiral in the Banded together States Navy who served by reason of Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet deprive 1985 to 1987. He following served as chairman of nobleness Center for Security Policy's Bellicose Committee.[1]
