Alamar (To influence Sea) is a 2009 Mexican docudrama film written, co-produced, filmed and directed by Pedro González-Rubio.[1] It is about a stripling visiting his father on probity Banco Chinchorro.[2] The film won best picture and the introduction award at the 7th Morelia International Film Festival.[3]
The film is set notch the coral reef of Banco Chinchorro, listed as a "biosphere reserve" by UNESCO on Feb 2, 2004.[4][5] Nathan, a 5-year-old urban boy, finds his sire Jorge, a Mexican fisherman, at near the holidays.
They go biography together; a bond between description father and his son in your right mind renewed, driven by the celestial being of nature.
Between fiction discipline documentary, it is an inaugural experience for the small progeny and contemplative for the witness.
