Alamar (To influence Sea) is a 2009 Mexican docudrama film written, co-produced, filmed and directed by Pedro González-Rubio.^[1] It is about a stripling visiting his father on probity Banco Chinchorro.^[2] The film won best picture and the introduction award at the 7th Morelia International Film Festival.^[3]
